What types of home fitness equipment do you recommend?

No matter your age, body type, strength...the gymnastic rings and parallel bars are the best gym tools for home. Rings can be suspended from any pullup bar (even the one that braces in a doorframe), and parallel bars can be made using 1.25"pvc pipe.  Neither tool requires much space, are fun and challenging to use for all, and accommodate hundreds of exercise variations.  Runners-up: jumprope/kettlebell

Do you charge extra for nutritional guidance and a diet plan?

Florida's laws will not let me prescribe a specific diet plan without a nutritionist's license, however, I can give general advice, tell you what works for me, and give feedback to any specific questions concerning diet/nutrition.  Also, I'll be taking a nutrition course soon as a way to renew my PT certification!

How are you different from a regular trainer at a gym?

Hiring me will be a much more personal experience with added accountability and support compared to a trainer employed by a gym.  Having the option to meet me at the beach or park, anytime of day, provides your busy lifestyle more flex/options to work with. I'd like to think I'm in better shape and have a friendlier personality compared to most as well!
